Because of the increased cost of gasoline, there will be a minimal $5, $10, $15 or $20 Delivery Fee solely dependent on your zip code/distance of travel.  While we always strive to keep our rental fees as inexpensive as possible, each yard greeting rental actually entails 2 round-trip visits to your address.  (If you live 20 miles from our business, that equals 80 miles total)  Even at these minimal Delivery Fee rates, we are still well below the IRS approved 2024 Business Mileage rate of $0.67 per mile.  We thank you for your understanding.

It can sometimes be tricky to find house numbers in the dark or identify the correct house when mailboxes are on one side of the street.  Please help by kindly describing the location. The more detailed description the better!

In all cases this year, the GRAD Greeting will be set-up the night before event and picked up the night of event date. 

This is the date you would like the yard greeting for the graduation party, ceremony, open house, event, etc.

Because of the increased demand during Graduation season for yard greetings, our Graduation greeting packages are normally up to 20 hour rentals based upon the actual event time durations with most set ups the night before your event and pick ups the night of your event.  Extended rentals are available at the rates listed below.

We have 29 different graphics to offer ( choose only the quantity which corresponds to your Graduation option you choose above in Question A ).  We strive to provide your choices, however graphics are limited availability and no guarantee is given.

Your greeting includes a special door hanger that will be hung on their front door. We will include a simple note to let them know who the greeting is from.  Please write who (FROM:) in the box below.  (No messages as there is only room for names)

Policies are based on your custom greeting, including graphic(s). We deliver, set up, and take down the greeting. Additional phrases can be added for an additional fee, if available.  The Graduation greeting packages are normally approximately 12 hour rentals with set ups in the morning and pick ups the same evening.  Special arrangements MAY be available upon request and based on availability, but certainly never guaranteed.   Payment is due at the time of booking. This will confirm your reservation. Sign Dreamers and all representatives are not responsible or liable for an injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during set up or take down of the yard greeting or by eating candy.  If you have a lawn service, please have them come before we set up or after we take down. Lawnmowers or string trimmers will damage the signs. All signs are property of Sign Dreamers, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE. Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the yard greeting set up. Our signs will not support the weight of small children or adults leaning, sitting, or playing on them. Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display.  Balloons get hot in the sun.  If a hot balloon blows against our signs, our sign may become damaged. Please DO NOT throw away or vandalize the signs. Please DO NOT move or remove our signs for any reason. If you need them taken down early, please contact us and we will gladly come to pick them up. We do not set up in inclement weather.  If we are unable to set up due to bad weather,  we will reschedule or issue a credit toward future bookings (see Refund Policy). If you need to cancel for any reason, please do so within 48 hours of your reservation in order to receive a partial refund or full credit for future booking date.

​If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date, based on our availability.  In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays - we will do our best to reschedule or provide you with a credit for a future booking date. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, heavy rains, hail, high winds (above 15 mph), snow storm, ice, and/or any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm's way.  No refunds will be given due to the client providing us with the wrong address.  No refunds will be given due to the greeting's recipient requesting us to remove the lawn display.  No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.  No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.  No refunds will be given for circumstances which are out of our control that prevent us from setting up the display.
